Reload Rake tasks

If you have created a Rake task and still can't see it in the list, select Tools | Run Rake Task (&shortcut:org.jetbrains.plugins.ruby.tasks.rake.actions.RakeTasksPopupAction;) from the main menu. In the invoked popup, select rake --tasks and press &shortcut:EditorEnter;.
