To navigate to declaration of a symbol (type, member, variable), set the caret at any of its usages and press &shortcut:GotoDeclaration;. You can also Ctrl-click the usage or click it with the middle mouse button.

If the symbol is in a compiled assembly, Rider will either fetch the declaration from symbol server or decompile the symbol.
